Today, Al Duhail Grassroots played versus Al Arabi Club Grassroots of the same age group and in its three alphabetical divisions (A, B, C), on the external pitches of Al Rayyan Club, in the first Grassroots Festival of the sports season (2023/2024).

Al Duhail Grassroots sector includes skilled players with a high level of football despite their young age, noting that the main cornerstone is the great interest that the sector receives from those in charge of the club’s affairs. The attendance of the players was complete, as there were no significant absences, in addition to the presence and support of parents for their children in their first festival.

It is worth noting the amendment that occurred in the Grassroots Festivals for this season, which applies to all ages that play within the festivals, where the results based on the number of goals are no longer taken into account as winning results, but rather the victory is now based on the technical evaluation that is calculated through points, and as an example and is not limited to the complete attendance of the category players, in addition to the individual skills of the players, as well as the general behavior that includes the technical and administrative staff and so on.
