A goalless draw settled the confrontation between Al Duhail and Al Sadd in the sixth round of the Doha Bank Stars League. The match took place at Jassim bin Hamad Stadium in Al Sadd Club.

First Half Action
The first half was balanced between the two teams. Some danger emerged from the Al Duhail side through sprints by Adel Boulbina from the left flank and Edmilson from the right.
In the 25th minute, Edmilson successfully delivered an accurate cross to Sultan Al Brake, who shot towards Al Sadd goal, but it safely reached Al Sadd goalkeeper.
Second Half Attempts
In the 49th minute, Krzysztof Piątek nearly opened the scoring for Al Duhail, but his header went just wide of Al Sadd right post.
In the 51st minute, Al Sadd goalkeeper again managed to deflect a powerful shot from Luis Alberto for a corner kick, maintaining the goalless draw.
In the 58th minute, from an accurate cross by Edmilson from the right, Jean Casteletto redirected it towards the goal, but Al Sadd goalkeeper successfully kept the ball out of his team net.
In the 60th minute, Al Sadd goalkeeper successfully saved a strong shot from outside the penalty area by Luis Alberto.
In the 62nd minute, Adel Boulbina failed to capitalize on a magical pass from midfield Marco Verratti, sending his shot wide of the pitch. This wasted a sure goal opportunity for Al Duhail.
Boulbina then returned to waste another chance in the 63rd minute after Al Sadd goalkeeper successfully saved his shot, and Al Sadd defense managed to clear the danger from their area, again squandering an opportunity for Al Duhail to take the lead.
The remaining minutes witnessed no real danger from Al Duhail players on Al Sadd goal, ending the match in a goalless draw between both teams.
