Al Duhail First Football team suffered a defeat to their host, Al Gharafa, losing three goals to one in the ninth round of the Doha Bank Stars League competition.

Minute 64: A cross from Marco Verratti reached Sultan Al Brake, who struck it with his right foot towards Al Gharafa goal, but his shot went wide of the post.
Minute 77: Adel Boulbina managed to score the equalizer for Al Duhail, but the referee’s review of the Video Assistant Referee (VAR) led to the cancellation of the goal due to a foul committed by Piątek before the ball reached Boulbina and the goal was scored. Additionally, the referee sent off Verratti with a red card following altercations with Al Gharafa players during the stoppage for the review.
