Al Duhail Sports Club has announced an agreement for the transfer of French midfielder Boubakary Soumaré to its first football team during the current winter transfer window, joining from the English Side Leicester City.

The 26-year-old Soumaré began his professional career with Paris Saint-Germain “B” team before moving to fellow French Club Lille. He then made his move to English football via Leicester City before officially joining Al Duhail.

It is worth noting that the player boasts a distinguished European career, most notably helping Lille secure their fourth league title in club history and contributing to their return to European competitions.
