Al Duhail Sports Club Management has completed the procedures for contracting with the French Head Coach Christophe Galtier to take over the technical management of the first team, succeeding the Argentine Coach Hernan Crespo.

Galtier, born in 1966, is considered one of the names that made his mark with French clubs, as he succeeded in winning the French League Cup title with Saint-Etienne, the French League title with Lille, while he won the French Champions Cup title with Paris Saint-Germain.
