Al Duhail First Football Team suffered a 3-1 defeat to their host, UAE Al Wahda team, in the match held at the start of the third round of the league phase of the AFC Champions League Elite, which took place at Al Nahyan Stadium in the UAE capital, Abu Dhabi.

In the 20th minute, the team’s striker, Krzysztof Piątek, managed to open the scoring for Al Duhail after skillfully converting a magical cross from Adel Boulbina into Al Wahda net.
The 35th minute witnessed the equalizing goal for Al Wahda from the penalty spot, before Al Wahda added the second goal in first-half stoppage time.
The 53rd minute almost saw an equalizing goal from Al Duhail, but the attack ended in the arms of Al Wahda goalkeeper.
In the 67th minute, the hosts, Al Wahda team, added their third goal, making the score 3-1 in favor of Al-Wahda.
The final minutes did not see any change in the score, ending the match with Al Wahda winning 3-1 against Al-Duhail.
