Crespo: I respect Al Hilal and We are playing for the Win…

Al Duhail Head Coach Hernan Crespo described the coming confrontation versus the Saudi Side Al Hilal in the AFC Champions League 2022 semifinal round as tough and difficult. The Coach said in the pre-match press conference held today at Al Thumama Stadium: The game will be tough and we are facing a strong team but we are a big team as well and we will do our best in order to accomplish our dream in reaching the final match.

The Coach added: We will miss the services of our player Sultan Al Brake as I will talk to our team doctor to inquire about his condition as well as all the players. Despite that the team is ready for this confrontation.

Crespo continued: Ramon Diaz (Al Hilal Coach) and I were able to make history when we’re teammates in the Argentinean Club River Plate winning the Copa Libertadores. I am glad that we are in this together but this time as coaches. He has a lot of experience and history as a coach while I am still at the beginning of my career.

Crespo concluded: If we are seeking to win the title, then we have to defeat the champions. We are aware that Al Hilal is nominated to win it because of their huge experience in this competition and they own a group of very distinguished players, who performed well in the FIFA Club World Cup. I know that we have an opportunity to qualify as I am convinced with my players potentials. We will enter this game to win.
